Trying Not To Hoot Too Much...

Welcome to my Hump of the Week.

I was enjoying my hubby having a day of work \o/

I had my dose of Law & Order

Now to visit the Hospital.

About my achillis tendon repair healing up.

 

 No more using of the wheelchair & the funky frame.

All I need to use is the kinky black boot & a shoulder walking stick.

 Gave Angela & Karen a box to chew on

(my 2 gerbils)

 

My coffee glasses have arrived..↓

Now for some chop chop chop...

 Posh plate comes out...

 Going to bed early tonight,

As I am slowly turning into a night owl.....

 

 

 

 

It's Good to Talk...Alot

It was still dark and gloomy by 8am.

A little bit of Law and Order to brighten up the day...

One great friend dropped off a bag of food for us.

He is coming around next week for coffee and chat.

I had another friend pop in for 3 and half hours for coffee and chat...

These helped with the nice coffee..↓↓

Speaking of coffee....

Delivery of more nice coffee...

Waved my friend goodbye.

Caught up on more episodes of Season 5

Now for chop chop...

 Gets out the posh plate..

Time to soak the feet using my new foot spa.

Ha Ha For The Monday Feeling....

Welcome to the Monday Feeling..

While the mad dash was on to get ready to leave the house for school/work.

The curtain rail came down.....

Hubby picked up the wrong mobile.

Someone left the front door....

"You live in a barn do you????"

I said as I closed the front door...

It's freezing out there!

I had the first coffee of the day...

 Caught up on the weekend's newspapers.

Someone phoned and asked:

"If I am returning to work at Job 1 this week?"

"Unless I can walk wearing my kinky black boot, funky frame, and hold onto my Lollipop stick the same time!" 

 I will hold on to the day I can walk unaided and drive my car..... 

I made myself a very hot stir fry....

Plenty of red chillies, garlic and ginger..

At least my mouth is nice and hot,

Don't know about tomorrow mind......

 

 

Cracking The Whip!

It was a day for getting things done

(With a crack of the whip) 

Hubby got rid of those lovely thick curls.

He came back with a woolly hat on,

Underneath he had it all shaved off :(

I wrote out more plot lines for the new book.

The sun was shining...

After I opened a window,

I felt the cold,

The window got closed!

We first tidied up the Dining Room.

Then the food cupboard..

 We then started on the Evening Meal.

I sorted out the cupboard containing the pots and pans...

Evening Meal is now ready.

Out comes the posh plate..

Nice and tasty...

Let's make the remainer of the Sunday night,

By enjoying some warm hugs......

 

 

 

 

Road Trip Resulting In Coffee!

We all had a lie in.

I wrote out the large shopping list for this week.

Hubby went to Lidl then Morrisons.

Only two more things he needed to get...

I meanwhile listened to the rock n roll channel

&

Carried on with the new one..

 My turn to have a road trip.

Dropped off the sick note to Job 2

Now off to get more bits for some lovely recipes this week..

 

 Sun going down ↑↑

I waited in the car...

 

 Coffee & my reduced sandwich

Third time lucky to get the rest of the goodies \o/

Road trip back home

 

 Gets home.

Unpacks all the food shopping.

Time for chop chop chop

Time to remove the kinky boot..

 Now to get down down on that single bed of mine,

To relax & enjoy my hubby ;)

 

 

 

Here Comes The Hot Stepper

Woo hoo it's Friday!

Still doing far too much of

Needed some strong coffee to start the day..

 The kinky black boot went on...↓

Now to enjoy some..

 Friday Feeling with a dose of fresh air..

Went to see the Doctor,
Hot stepping all the way..

He said:

" It will between 12 -16 months before the achillis tendon is fully heeled!"

Got 2 more doctor's notes... 

Can't have steriod injection into my shoulder until I have a MRI scan on it.
 (Last time I had a MRI, I took in Steps Greatest Hits to drown out the noise. I did ask if I was going to be doused in goose fat, so I could fit in the (they laughed at that.) I just had to breathe in, and through the hole I went.)
Rested the boot... 

 More chop chop....  

Tea is served...

Now to enjoy the start of the weekend..
