Not Quite Speedy Gonzales Just Yet!

Welcome to my Monday.

I had some visitors that just stayed for a few hours.

I wasn't going to stop in the house today...

Out in the Sexy Beast we went.

On goes the 60's CD, with the help of my backing vocals..🎶

Time to be B3...

 We ended up playing one particular song three times while driving...

We had lunch at Asda..

(I had a liquid lunch)

 I had a nice surprise when hubby came home from work....

 

Finally Putting The Feather Duster Away!

It was time for the big clean up!

 First up was the kitchen.

Two of the plastic clips holding up the shelf in one of kitchen cupboards..

Broke off..

Everything fell off the shelf, 

Something had to break...↓

 Went off to two DIY stores to get more clips..

Didn't have the right ones...:(

Roll on Google...

Found somewhere 10 minutes away..\o/

Pick up tomorrow...

Kitchen tidied.

Dining Room tidied.

Living Room tidied.

Now planning what to do with my children tomorrow...🖌

 

 

Doing What I Like Best...

No time for any Saturday love 🏩

We had to be up early and out of the house....

We visited Droitwich Spa ....

Charity Shop visiting...

Lots of nice items to view

 

  Even enjoyed a coffee before the thunder and rain started...

When we got home,

↓We unpacked the trolley↓

 I had more funny books arrived↓

Whack Or Keep???

I had so much Friday Feeling,

I had to burn it off somehow...

Now to put on the rubbers...

Sorting out all of the kitchen cabinets.

Finding so much stuff...!!

I won't run of out of...

and 

 

I had sorted at least 1 and half cupboards out by the time dinnertime arrived.

I need another pair of warm hands for this un-hoarding operation...

Guess who that can be?

(He is avaliable this weekend)

I have a spare pair of rubbers if he is interested?

 

 

I Wish Mine Would Look That Good!

I had a little bit of lie-in.

Off  for coffee and chat...

Then off to look at some nice items at

 Dunelm!

If only my living room looked this good↓

I know where to go for a toaster..↓

↓Found something to go on my Xmas list perhaps???↓

 In the end I got some muffin tins in the sale.....

 For a bit of some light relief,

From Stone Age To The Present.....

Welcome to my Hump of the Week,

Completed my little job in the morning.

Now to take back the stone-age temporary phone

I handed it back in a brown paper bag.

The shop assistant asked :

"Why was I hiding the phone?"

I replied with: 

"Because I am embarrassed to use it and to be seen with it!"

It only had 2 photos of my Costa Coffee on it.

I went back to my old phone until my other phone was fixed.

On the way out of the shop, I put on a great tune on the loud speaker.

Got yet more new school uniform for September!!

When I got home, there was a Fire Engine parked up by my drive.

I asked the fireman who was sat in the fire engine, if they were here for my house.

He told me no....

( Phew,So glad about that!)

Now to get down for a funny read...

It Will Fit You...Eventually!

I had to get up early this morning,

(and kids had to rise as well)

We had to do some school uniform shopping.

The queues at a certain school shop that is closing down has been really long...

Plus the 50% off the uniform goes a long way...

So we waited at 8.30am...

I got the Blazer I wanted...

(He has five years to grow into it!)

I even got my younger son's High School uniform for next year as well.

Now after that fun....

Time for coffee, teacake and chat!

Now for my mocha↓
