Wearing Out The Battery.....

I survived the madness of part one of Job 1

Off to enjoy my Webbs Experience.

(So I thought)

No wet parking for Larry, it was blocked off :(

So I had to squeeze Larry into a space on the car park instead...

 At the moment Webbs are having a refurb.

No full English breakfast being served :(

No Toast :(

Or Toasted tea cakes :(

So it was just coffee to wet my pallate with..

By the time I got to my dad's,

My voice battery was half charged

 (my fault for talking too much)

The soup I had for dinner, didn't touch the sides...

Time to look somewhere else for coffee and toast.... 

Nice To See You, To See You Nice #2

I survived the fun of the first part of the Tuesday Madness.

I had to go back and get my new glasses sorted.

Back to have another eye test later on in the week.

Now to attach another sticker to Larry.

(This time a Land Rover Yellow Minion)

One eye dropped off 

(Disappeared,never to be seen again)

The Land Rover letters

(Wouldn't stick)

At least the Minion stayed on!

(For now)

Blue Monday

After the heavy rain yesterday.

We had some more....

Back on the soggy wet work wheel I get on.

Out came the green wellies too.

 Later on for part 2 of Job 1.

One parent was trying to be smart.

He parked on the zig zags opposite me.

I crossed over to tell him:

"These lines ain't for parking on."

He moved

(Good lad)

Now to dry out the sexy lumo coat.....

 

Watching Lots Of Voom Voom...

We enjoyed a morning out

 At the Performance Car Show at the NEC.

Gave me some ideas to pimp up Larry...

There were some nice cars.

(including Liberace's gold car)

Then we went to the Live Show

Then we went outside, 

To enjoy  yet more cars...

(Hubby was sat in the passenger seat)

 

 

 

Cutting The Loose Ends

I had a busy Saturday.

Two jobs to do.

Even fitted in having my Dougal haircut trimmed

I had a look at the Lollipop spot of the vacant Lollipop job I was interested in.....

 There wasn't no black bollards,no non-slip paving slab or any zig zags like where I do my Lollipopping...

Should I stay or should I go? 

Not Having Much Luck Today!

...Welcome to Friday 13th.

It was time for the thermal knickers to come out...

The snow came in,

Larry loved it...

 Nearly lost my hat and lollipop in the windy and snowy conditions

By the afternoon, it had all gone....

While doing the second part of Job 1.

I had to experience a bad case of Friday Madness.

I was crossing the road to stop the traffic,

When two school girls ran out ahead me into the road.

"Get back on the pavement" I bellowed at them.

They were two seconds away from being hit by a bus.....

Once I finished,

I got down and kissed the pavement....

Itchy Left Hand Means Trouble...

There is a forecast of some light snow later..

I'm ready for it and so is Larry.

Made homemade Lasagna for tea.

A few days ago my left hand was itching...

(That normally means - pay out on Larry or something...)

Well it died on us while we were watching "The Simpsons".

We are using our telly from our bedroom.

Now what we were going to do in our bedroom without the telly????
