Adult Time!

Welcome to start of the weekend,

Sun was shining once more.

My kids went off with the Scouts on a trek around the Lickey Hills.

Time for a little bit of Adult Time!

We went off for a walk around Coughton Court.

We went into the Bluebell wood.

Had a good walk, totaling: 1.94 miles

in 1 hour and 32 minutes.

The steam was coming off my trainers!

 Had a picnic..

 Picked kids up.

We are all tired.....

We gets home just before it starts to thunder and rain!

Making the most of the sunshine.

2 lines of wet washing to dry out in this wonderful sunshine!

Kenny the Kenwood came out for a quick play.

Lemon Drizzle & chocolate cherry cupcakes were the end result.

I had compliments on how good they tasted from my co-workers.

I was thanked for the leaving card I made (and the 6 cakes I gave him too).

Might have to leave the bedroom window open tonight.

As we could end up with steamy windows.......

Welcome to a sunny, and hot Thursday.

I voted in the Council Elections.

Went to the Doctors, for my results

Visited Asda on the way back.

Had trouble on the self service trying to scan two lemons,

3 times, I tried, 3 times, it wouldn't take it I had 2 lemons.

I was told you have to put 1 lemon each....

Made a leaving card,

Closely followed by Sorry you are leaving cupcakes..

Welcome to Hump Of The Week...

It's getting hot,hot, hot...

The big big sunglasses came out.

I was dressed from head to toe in pink again for my walk around the lake...

Then off to Waitrose for my free coffee.

Got some eggs on the way back too.

 Stripping some layers off today.

Best not to strip too much off....

People might see my white bits!

Welcome to a sunny Tuesday.

Back to work...

Getting car drivers to stop today, is going to take a lot of patience!

First stop was to visit the dentist, for a check up!

After telling the Dentist,how much fun I had having 2 teeth pulled out last month.

I had two tubes of toothpaste for free :)

Next stop was Princess of Wales Hospital in Bromsgrove.

More blood tests.

No luck with the arm,

Instead taking blood out of the top of my hand.

Done and dusted in 5 minutes!

 I have a full week of doctor's visits, making a Leaving card and cupcakes...

Now to rest with a coffee...

As you can never tell how long it takes the body to make more blood!

Welcome to another Bank Holiday Monday.

Made the most of the sunny weather.

Visited two car boots, and a huge Charity Barn.

Got some right bargains....

The traffic was building up,

 so we missed the Stratford Festival Of Motoring

Heads back to Bidford On Avon,

Then it starts to rain :(

So hubby and kids played (argued) the game "Upwords"

I meanwhile up-cycled a ottoman I bought,

 replaced the lining with pink cupcake lining!

 Back on the wobbly work wheel tomorrow..

So to ease the hubby into the work mode,

I will have more fun with him tonight,

With my very warm hands......;)

Welcome to May!

After playing with the sausage of life this morning,

Dragged the exhausted hubby out of bed,

We went off to Evesham Country Park

How come it always rains when we go???

Done a lot of window shopping....

Popped into M&S on the way back,

Got lots of reduced food.

Hubby is drinking lucozade, as he needs the energy tonight....

Making the most of him tonight, as it's Bank Holiday Monday tomorrow...

No rest for the wicked....!
