Plenty Of Rub

It's Saturday once more.

Had a small lie in, with cup of tea and a warm hubby for company ;)

I took 2 boxes of books over to the Free Book Shop in Droitwich.

My good deed done for the month.

Nipped into Waitrose.

Free coffee and reduced food time!

Nipped into Webb's again.

Got some lovely reduced plants.

Now to chill with a rub down with some Deep Heat!

 

A Quick Rub With Deep Heat

I have the lovely smell of Deep Heat lingering around me

After doing a bit of walking over the weekend

My spine tends to creak a bit more

Time for the yoga and Pilate's to come in to play

Try not to bend down too much....don't want to block the sunlight!
