After going to bed at 2am this morning...

I had a much deserved lie-in!

Our kids were doing their good deed of the month by doing goal-keeping for the Redditch lions at the Green Fair around the Near-by lake today

Once they got up, 

Dressed,had breakfast, they were dropped off.

We had to do some errends ourselves.

 

We had to get another washing line,

As the last one was cut down to get the scaffording up.

Nice things in B&M.

Some people were sniffing the bottles of Zoflora.

So many lovely smells!

I got my dad's newspaper from Sainsburys.

Then off to do this week's food

I got two nice magazine holders for £3.99 each.

 

It's getting warm \o/

We gets home,

Puts the shopping away.

Now to head to the lake!

Some nice cars and motorcycles to look at.

Some birds of prey to look at.

I bumped into a ex-work mate who I worked with at "Fawlty Towers".

She was saying she wasn't getting no help with her daughter at the school.

I did say there were more than one school in Bromsgrove to go to if she wasn't happy!

There was a nice car to look at on the way out↓

The kids were given £10 each for helping out with the Redditch Lions.

We had a late tea due to trying to get things in the loft!

I meanwhile had to repot some plants and give them a good water!

Beans are growing!

  Lots of veg this year!
We caught up with this week's Top Gear..

Paddy and Freddie head to Borneo for a jungle adventure with the Gurkhas in a pair of very rare, very cheap old cars. Chris Harris tries out the world's most luxurious SUV, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, while Bob Mortimer is the studio guest.

Welcome to October!

I was so bad during the night

(Coughing and sneezing)

So I went back to bed at 9am

No to Couch to 5k. 

Later on we went off to get some food shopping..

Nice teapot ↓↓

 In need of a Boost...🚀

To make up for not doing it in the morning.

Pink lycra time..↓

We did another lap around the near-by Lake.↓

Kept the hoodie on,

 as didn't break into too much sweat this time....↓

There was smoke coming off my trainers...↓

Going to try and do a early morning walk before work this week...

Let's hope the sun is shining,

And we don't throw the alarm clock across the bedroom.....

 When it goes off at 5am....!

Making Full Use Of The Sunshine!

The sun was shining again \o/

Did our week's food shopping on £22.50

 

Went to see my mum,

Tidied up her grave.

Thanked her for visiting my dad at night.👻👻

(giving him the creeps)

Gave her some daffodils from our garden

Then off to do a lap of the near-by lake.

 Cleared the cobwebs

All ready for the journey onto the Wobbly work wheel tomorrow....

 

Good Vibrations...

Making the most of this sunshine.

Dragged myself to do another Walk of Woe.

Not just once around the lake but twice!

Walked it in: 2.79 miles in 1 hour and 5 minutes.

Even the babies were out

Dressed head to toe in pink once more. 

By the afternoon, I was on the black coffee..

The matchsticks under my eyes were straining..

Don't mention the word YAWNING,....

Too much of that I was doing as well ;O

 

Showing Off My White Bits!!

The sun has finally come back...

The big sunglasses came out, and so did my white bits!

I went for a nice half an hour walk around the nearby lake.

The walk of woe I call it. 

Walking off all the stress I had this week!

After a hot,sweaty day at work.

Time to enjoy my garden, in the shade

with a lolly!

The big big sunglasses came out.

I was dressed from head to toe in pink again for my walk around the lake...

Then off to Waitrose for my free coffee.

Got some eggs on the way back too.

 Stripping some layers off today.

Best not to strip too much off....

People might see my white bits!

 

Words Don't Come Easy To Me!

Making the most of the sunshine.

To burn off chocolate eggs and bacon sandwiches..

Nice 1.5 mile walk around the near-by lake.

Got a itchy baking hand.

So made some Easter cupcakes!

Then we all played Words with Friends.

Once I had a Ovaltine.

My brain started to work!

By 2.30am,I had won at least one game!

Hurrah!
